Booking lessons
Lessons can be arranged and booked through me. Once booked, a lesson must be paid at least 2 days before the start of the lesson. If the lesson is not confirmed through payment, it may be cancelled without notice.
Cancellations
I operate a 24 hour cancellation policy for individual lessons.
Cancellations of any lesson must be done within 24 hours prior to the scheduled lesson time. Failure to notify the teacher of a lesson cancellation will result in full charge for the lesson the same as if it still took place.
All notifications must be done by email or sms.
Technical problems
All students are responsible for ensuring they have a working internet connection, headset and microphone at the time of their lesson.
The normal price will be charged if a lesson is not done for the failure of the technology or Internet connection at your end.
